Players working on something specific — a weak foot, first touch, goalkeeping — and small groups who want coached reps without a full team session. Sessions are booked by the hour, indoors year-round and outdoors in season.

What footwear is allowed?
No cleats indoors — turf shoes or flat-soled athletic shoes only. Outdoors, molded plastic or rubber cleats up to 1/4 inch are fine; no metal spikes.
Can family watch from home?
Indoor fields are streamed through Spiideo. Ask at the front desk for access details for your session.
Can we bring our dog?
FSA is a pet-free facility. No pets are allowed anywhere on the premises, indoors or out.
