The deadlines, at a glance
Field Rentals
Field Rentals: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking will receive a full refund or facility credit. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.
Leagues, Camps and Clinics
Leagues, Camps, & Clinics: Registration fees are fully refundable up to 7 days before the program starts. After this deadline, partial credits may be issued only for documented medical reasons.
Inclement Weather
Inclement Weather: If the facility must close due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will offer a make-up date.
