Youth Indoor Leagues
Fall and winter sessions on the indoor turf for U8 through U19, with divisions grouped by age band.
Who This Is For
Players who want a real season without waiting on the weather. Teams enter as a group; individual players are placed by the front desk into a division that fits their age and experience. Divisions are grouped in two-year bands so games stay competitive.

Questions We Get Most
Full rules live on the rules and regulations page. Call (860) 677-2543 if something is not covered.
What footwear is allowed?
No cleats indoors — turf shoes or flat-soled athletic shoes only. Outdoors, molded plastic or rubber cleats up to 1/4 inch are fine; no metal spikes.
Can we add players mid-session?
Roster changes go through the front desk. Add-ons are usually possible while a division still has room — call (860) 677-2543 before the next game.
Can family watch from home?
Indoor fields are streamed through Spiideo. Ask at the front desk for access details for your session.
Can we bring our dog?
FSA is a pet-free facility. No pets are allowed anywhere on the premises, indoors or out.
Can we eat and drink at the field?
No food on the fields and no glass containers anywhere on site. Eat in the SkyBox Cafe upstairs or at the outdoor concession pavilion.
