FSA Rules and Regulations
What applies everywhere on site, indoors and out. Divisions and sessions may add their own rules on top of these.
Footwear
No cleats indoors — turf shoes or flat soles only. Outdoors, molded cleats up to 1/4 inch; never metal spikes.
Pets
FSA is a pet-free facility. No animals anywhere on the premises, indoors or out.
Drones
No drones, aerial photography or elevated camera rigs, and nothing above head height in the bleachers.
Footwear
No cleats are permitted on the indoor turf. Turf shoes or flat-soled athletic shoes only, for players and coaches alike.
Outdoors, molded plastic or rubber cleats up to 1/4 inch are permitted. Metal spikes are not allowed on any surface at FSA.
Pets and Animals
FSA is a pet-free facility. No animals are allowed anywhere on the premises, including the parking areas and the outdoor complex.
Cameras and Drones
Drones, aerial photography and HI-Pod style elevated camera equipment are not permitted at FSA.
No equipment may be used above head height in the bleachers. Handheld filming from the stands is fine as long as it does not block another spectator.
Food, Drink and Glass
No food is permitted on the fields, indoors or out. Eat in the SkyBox Cafe upstairs or at the outdoor concession pavilion.
Spectators and Bench Areas
Spectators watch from the bleachers, not the sidelines or behind the goals. Teams clean their bench area before they leave — bottles, tape and trash — so the next session can start on time.
Conduct and Referees
Referee decisions are final. Abuse of officials, staff or other players is grounds for removal from the facility without refund.
FSA operates 24-hour surveillance throughout the building.
