    Ages: COED Division

    (7v7) Minimum of 3 field players must be female.

  • MEN'S OVER 30 WINTER

    Winter 1:  November - December

    Ages: Men's Over 30 (6 v 6)


    2 Younger players allowed per roster. Must be 27 or older at the start of the session.

  • MEN'S OVER 40 WINTER

    Ages: Men's Over 40 (7 v 7)

    2 Younger players allowed per roster. Must be 37 or older at the start of the session.

General Information

Online Schedules

Schedules will be posted no later than 1 week before the start of the session. Please do not print this out or save a screen shot! We don't anticipate many changes, but sometimes they are necessary after the initial posting and at times throughout the session. Check your schedule prior to each game to make sure you have the most up-to-date information for your team. Teams will play 1 game per week unless makeup games are necessary.

Waiver And Roster Info

All players, youth and adult, must sign the waiver online and register to be on the team roster before the first game.  

The link for the waiver will be sent out by the coach or manager. They will have access to the link once they register.

We recommend that the coach bring passes for youth games for proof of age.

Roster Size

We suggest a maximum of 15 players for indoor leagues. Rosters will not be frozen and are expected to be kept up-to-date for your team. Roster checks will occur throughout the session. Please be prepared with a photo ID for all games.

Uniform and Equipment

All teams must wear coordinating, numbered shirts (not included). An alternate shirt must also be supplied in the event of a color conflict – Home team changes. You will not be able to borrow pinnies from FSA.

Turf and indoor flats are acceptable forms of footwear; players will not be allowed to play in cleats. Shin guards are mandatory and long pants can only be worn by the goalkeeper.

Waiting List

There may be an opportunity for late registration after the deadline. Please add your team to the waiting list to be considered if we are able to take in additional teams. No money due to add your team to the waiting list. We will contact you if a spot becomes available.
