Rules & Format

We will play 7 and a goalie (5 v 5 over the 50 holding 2 back) so teams of 12 -14 are encouraged!

Certified Refs will be at every game! We will place you based on level of experiences, so please make sure to rank your team level overall on a scale of 1-4. We will make it competitive while still fun for the girls!

We will follow the same youth rules as their given ages and if vastly different go with the younger age!

• Girls 5th and 6th Grade (2033 - 2032)
• Girls 7th and 8th Grade ( 2031 - 2030)
• Girls High School (2029 - 2026)

Boys League:

Description: Come join in on the fun this winter at FSA with the new YOUTH Lacrosse League. Great way to build connections with your town teams or club teams over the winter, so come spring you are ready to go!
